We're a youth marketing agency based in Sydney that run brand activations atuniversities across Australia. We're looking for experienced Onsite Event Managers to workacross a variety of campaigns throughout the year, most notably Semester 1 O Week(Feb-March) and Semester 2 O Week (July-August). This is a casual role and there maybe other opportunities that arise later in the year.
Current job availabilities in:Perth, WASkills & experience:Required -Previous event management experienceFull driver’s licenseExperience and confidence driving vansFavourable (not essential) -Valid RSAExperience in managing teams
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Day Logistics Coordination:Drive a delivery van (box truck in some instances) to manage set transportation to and from site locations.Pack the vehicle with set items and giveaways, ensuring safety protocol is always followed.Facilitate set up and pack down of set items on site.Team Leadership:Manage and lead a team of up to five brand ambassadors.Delegate tasks, provide clear instructions and ensure effective communication to achieve event objectives.Manage breaks and foster a positive work environment.
Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during the execution of events.Coordinate with relevant authorities, security personnel, and emergency services, if necessary
Evaluation and Reporting:Keep an accurate count of stock/KPIs.Take photos throughout the event to send to Campus Group.Conduct post-event surveys daily to assess the success of the event, report onKPIs and identify areas for improvement.To apply for this role, please email natalia.bejarano@campus-group.com with your CV and a bit about why you are best suited for the role.
